Our client is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their
multidisciplinary team. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults, working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver tailored, evidence-based support.

Requirements
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role
• Core BSP registration (or eligibility, highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills with parents, carers, and professionals
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations• Passion for helping children and adults
