We meet extraordinary people every day. Everybody is different. We connect the best people in the right opportunities with the best businesses. We are at the leading edge of specialist recruitment, and we love it. Established in 2003, Bluefin Resources has from the very beginning operated with the aim of servicing our chosen market sectors in a way far superior to that of a traditional recruitment firm. From humble beginnings, James Hone the Managing Director and Founder of Bluefin Resources set up the business from his study. Bluefin Resources now employs 40 staff across locations in Sydney and Melbourne. Being the best, delivering world-class specialist recruitment services and making a real difference to the professionals we work with are the key drivers that get us up in the morning every day. The recruitment industry is changing quickly, social media and growing internal recruitment teams and RPO models have added new channels for organisations to source talent. We believe more than ever that specialist recruitment has a critical role in helping our clients attract and retain the best talent in the market, and to help steer our candidates into the best opportunities. Bluefin Resources' unique mix of fantastic people, rigorous processes and well chosen specialist markets has ensured that we have grown from strength to strength. Bluefin Resources is evolving fast to ensure that we stay ahead of the curve. Join us on the journey.
