Are you an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a passion for maintaining and repairing buses? Look no further! Our client is a leading bus company seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on our fleet of buses to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
Conduct thorough inspections, identify faulty components, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed according to established standards and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, preferably in a bus or heavy vehicle environment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license, MR License with a clean driving record.
