Blugibbon Incentive Trip 2026. Philippines edition.

Nearly the whole team together, with Freya, Shannon and Jacob very much missed.

Manila, El Nido and Nacpan Beach. The best bit was seeing our Sydney and Philippines teams connect properly.

We went because we hit our incentive. We came back more connected.

Tired, absolutely. But very happy.

Because sometimes the best ideas don’t happen in a boardroom... they happen on a dirt track, with muddy tyres, good people, and a bit of fresh air.
