These roles are for proven sales professionals with direct experience within the aesthetic device or professional skincare industry. Transferable experience from outside aesthetics will not be considered.

Two positions now available within one of North West Sydney's most respected plastic surgery and aesthetics clinics.

The Cosmetic Nurse Injector role offers a rare opportunity to build an aesthetic practice through genuine clinical credibility, working alongside an experienced Plastic Surgeon. Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injecting experience or equivalent required. Surgical or hospital nursing background highly regarded.

The Senior 2IC role is a genuine leadership position for an experienced Cosmetic Nurse ready to lead a team, drive non-surgical growth and build their own loyal client base within a strong, established practice. Minimum 5 years across both cosmetic injecting and skin treatments required.

No weekends. No commission. Salary negotiable for the right candidate.

Both roles require full professional commitment to the clinic. Candidates working concurrently at another clinic or operating an independent practice will not be considered.

A premium clinic in Melbourne is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a Senior Dermal Therapist to step into a role focused on advanced devices, corrective skin work and long-term patient outcomes.

This is not about filling a column quickly.

It’s about building one properly.

What you’ll be stepping into:

• A newly renovated, experience-led clinic
• An established team with dermal and injector support
• A client base focused on long-term skin results, not quick fixes
• A business with clear growth plans, including future medical integration

The work itself is different

You’ll be working across:

• Advanced device-based treatments (vascular and pigmentation)
• Skin resurfacing and corrective treatment planning
• Chemical peels, including layered and combination approaches
• Cosmeceutical-led treatment pathways

This is a role where understanding why you are doing something matters just as much as what you are doing.

This tends to suit someone who:

• Enjoys working at a higher clinical level
• Is confident leading consultations and guiding clients

• Improving patient retention and experience
• Playing a key role in the growth of the clinic
