đ 1st Year Apprentice Chef â La Piazza Pizzeria (Bankstown, NSW)
Just getting started? La Piazza is a casual, vibrant Italian dining space known for wood-fired pizzas and classic favourites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This 1st Year Apprenticeship is your entry into a professional kitchen, where youâll learn the fundamentals of food prep, cooking and service. Youâll assist with preparing ingredients, follow recipes and support the team during busy service periods while building your confidence and core skills from the ground up.

𼊠2nd Year Apprentice Chef â Marrow & Co. (Bankstown, NSW)
Already underway in your apprenticeship? Step into a modern steakhouse environment at Marrow & Co., known for premium cuts, quality produce and a more refined dining experience.
This 2nd Year role will see you build on your existing skills in a more advanced kitchen, working with high-quality ingredients, developing your cooking techniques and contributing to service in a structured, professional setting.
