Our client, based in the Sydney’s South-West are looking for a standout Assistant Strata Manager or experienced Strata Manager to add to the team.

You must have STRATA EXPERIENCE!
The Role
Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors, etc
Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
Prepare budgets and financial statements
Prepare condition reports on buildings and conduct regular site visits
Lodge and oversee insurance claims through to completion
Chair annual general meetings, committee meetings & special general meetings
Prepare for and host Annual General Meetings, including action of items arising from the meetings
Investigate and arrange for the collection of outstanding contributions
Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries, deal with face to face enquiries
Strata Master experience preferable but nor essential
Skills Required & Experience
You have a minimum 2 years strata experience
Strong customer service focus
Ability to adapt to fast paced work environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills
Highly motivated team member
