Sydney’s Charcoal Chicken – St Marys

We’re looking for reliable and motivated people to join our team at Sydney’s Charcoal Chicken in St Marys.

We currently have full-time and part-time positions available for:

- Kitchen Hand

-Front of House Team Member

What we’re looking for:
• Motivated and willing to work
• Reliable and punctual
• Clean, organised and takes pride in their work
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly roster
• Preferably live within 40 minutes of St Marys

KITCHEN HAND
The role includes:
• Food preparation
• General kitchen duties
• Cleaning and maintaining a clean work area
• Washing dishes and equipment
• Assisting the kitchen team during busy periods
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

Must be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am–3:00pm.

Additional shifts may also be available.

FRONT OF HOUSE
The role includes:
• Serving and assisting customers
• Taking orders and using the POS system
• Packing takeaway and delivery orders
• Keeping the front counter and dining area clean
• Working closely with the kitchen team
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Full-time and part-time hours are available depending on availability.

We’re looking for people who want to become part of a strong team and can commit to their agreed weekly shifts.
