An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a brand-new premium steakhouse in Sydney, featuring an outstanding fit-out, state-of-the-art kitchen and a dedicated dry-aged meat program.

This is a chance to help shape an elevated food offering built around exceptional produce, premium cuts of meat and a commitment to supporting local suppliers.

The role offers the opportunity to develop the menu, establish strong kitchen systems, maintain exceptional food standards and build a high-performing team from day one.
