About the venue
The venue is a relaxed dining restaurant that is committed to using produce from local growers and farmers to create wholesome, organic, seriously good food. A kitchen garden helps with some of the deliciously fresh ingredients you will find to add to the plate - fragrant herbs, flowers, citrus, strawberry and blueberry bushes.
Excellent remuneration for the hours required. 4 days a week Thursday - Sunday. Only one evening, being Saturday night.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a busy, fast paced kitchen team working within this famous pub. Ideally you are a well-regarded pub chef with strong volume experience. The menu is a variety of your usual mains, yet with an Asian influence - salmon, lamb, chicken, and pasta. Plus, pizzas, share plated, burgers/ tacos and steaks from the grill.
A flexible roster is on offer with 2.5 days off a week - across 7 days and nights.
