Essential:

- 4+ Years commercial experience
- Built actual consumer facing agents with customers
- Has shipped LLM-powered ranking, retrieval, or recommendation into production, where the model interprets user preferences and surfaces results. (Travel, search relevance, or personalization/memory domains are ideal).
- Has real evals experience:​ can define,​ run,​ and iterate on evaluation for ranking/retrieval quality.​
- Comfortable across the applied-​AI stack (prompting,​ embeddings,​ retrieval,​ memory/preferences),​ not narrowly boxed into one piece.​
