✨ Hero of the Quarter ✨

Every quarter, we ask the team to nominate their ‘Hero of the Quarter’- that one person who stepped up when you needed it most. The person who lent an ear, had your back, or poured a much-needed drink after a long day.

This quarter, one name stood out… Kat Macri, our incredible Executive Assistant 🏆

From stepping into her role with total ease to calmly juggling a million moving parts, Kat is the definition of reliable, organised, and endlessly supportive. Whether she’s keeping everything running behind the scenes, solving office curveballs, or supporting the team day to day, nothing is ever too much (and yes- we’re still convinced she has octopus arms 🐙).

Does anyone watch the TV show The Traitors?

At MAYDAY Sydney, we brought the game to life. A few “traitors” were secretly on a mission to outwit the rest of the team, leading to plenty of suspicious glances, laughs, and strategy. It all came down to the final showdown to unmask the culprits!

Safe to say… Social Fridays just got a whole lot more interesting.

Our Sydney office has officially embraced the Christmas spirit ✨

This year, our desks were transformed with some iconic themes from the Polar Express and Home Alone to the North Pole, each setup brought creativity, humour, and serious festive flair.

And a special shoutout to Emily, who fully committed by dressing up as the “pigeon lady” from Home Alone, an absolute highlight of the day.

It’s moments like these that remind us how much culture matters, celebrating the people behind the work and making time to enjoy it together.
