✨ Hero of the Quarter ✨
Every quarter, we ask the team to nominate their ‘Hero of the Quarter’- that one person who stepped up when you needed it most. The person who lent an ear, had your back, or poured a much-needed drink after a long day.
This quarter, one name stood out… Kat Macri, our incredible Executive Assistant 🏆
From stepping into her role with total ease to calmly juggling a million moving parts, Kat is the definition of reliable, organised, and endlessly supportive. Whether she’s keeping everything running behind the scenes, solving office curveballs, or supporting the team day to day, nothing is ever too much (and yes- we’re still convinced she has octopus arms 🐙).
Here’s a few words from the team:
💬 “𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳... 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘮, 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱. 𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰.”
💬 “𝘈𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴... 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰!”
💬 “𝘐’𝘮 𝘴𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘒𝘢𝘵 𝘔, 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘣𝘪𝘨. 𝘔𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘒𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘵.”
Kat, this recognition is so well deserved. Thank you for everything you do to support the team and keep MAYDAY moving, we’re very lucky to have you.
