As a boutique, talent search and selection professional, I work with clients and candidates as a trusted partner and advisor to connect the right person with the right job in the right organisation and culture. 2016 so that I could provide the bespoke, personalised and ethical service that my clients and candidates demanded. I operate as an extension of your organisation to source talent across a broad range of roles and industries spanning start-ups, SMEs and multinationals. I work to fully understand and clarify your brief so that we are aligned and can fast-track the process to target the ideal candidate. Combining traditional recruitment practices with modern technology, I take the time to source quality people through my extensive network of contacts and also use digital outreach. I provide a careful and considered selection process using well-honed interviewing skills and due diligence to identify the best match.
