16 years ago today, Northbridge Recruitment opened its doors.

This photo was taken in 2020.

No team around him. No dinner reservation. No venue. Just Shane, a laptop, some cupcakes, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, celebrating our anniversary alone from home because a global pandemic said otherwise.

He celebrated anyway.

And honestly? That image has never left us. Because it captures something that no highlight reel or harbour boat party ever could — the quiet, stubborn belief that what you've built is worth celebrating, even when no one else is in the room.

That's been the heartbeat of Northbridge from day one. Not just the wins, the milestones, or the growth, but the decision, made over and over again across 16 years, to keep showing up. For our candidates. For our clients. For each other.

Today looks a little different from that kitchen table in 2020. But the spirit is exactly the same.

Today marks a really special milestone: 9 incredible years of Pablo Moray at Northbridge!

We have seen it all together. From the big wins to the daily grind, Pablo has been right there, bringing his relentless drive, his signature spicy Latin flair, and a playlist that keeps Bad Bunny on heavy rotation.

Nine years of loyalty is no small thing. He is a huge part of what makes Northbridge what it is today, and we are incredibly lucky to have him on the team.

Pablo, thank you for everything you have poured into this business over the years.
