Site Update | Elizabeth Bay

Progress is continuing at our Elizabeth Bay project, where the vision is starting to come together. From curved bulkheads and concealed lighting details to home automation and architectural finishes, there’s been a huge amount of coordination behind the scenes to bring this space to life.

Looking forward to sharing more as we move closer to completion.

This board is the backbone behind the scenes, bringing the home together through a Control4 automation system.
A lot of the best work is the stuff you do not always see. The lighting, the switches, the controls and the little details are what people notice once they start living in the home.
But this is the part we love.
Neat, accessible, thought out and all brought back to one central location. Solid work behind the walls makes everything feel seamless out front.

This is Ash.�But around here, he’s better known as ASHdogg.
From apprentice to leading hand, it’s been unreal watching him grow as a person and become an integral part of the team. Absolute beast on the tools and a true professional. He genuinely cares about the job, takes pride in every detail and sets the standard on site.
Over the years he’s built more than experience he’s built the kind of reputation that clients, builders and the whole team trust. Calm under pressure, sharp on the tools and always willing to back the boys and get the job done properly.

Subtle lighting. Massive impact.
For this waterfront project, we recessed a marine-grade LED strip directly into the jetty, creating a completely flush, invisible-by-day lighting feature. At night, it transforms the walkway with a warm, continuous glow.
We paired it with another strip along the stone wall to tie the whole space together. Clean, modern, and built to last exactly what Pivotal Power is about.
