Our team took a little break this Easter long weekend and went out to see the Easter Show in Sydney 🐣🎡

Good food, good laughs, and a much-needed reset outside of work.

It was just nice to switch off for a bit and spend time together outside of work. We don’t always get the chance to slow down, so moments like this are always a good reset.

Back to it now, refreshed and ready for the week ahead 💙

As March wraps up, it’s a good time to look back on the experience built, especially in aged care.

It’s often where strong healthcare foundations are formed. You build confidence in daily care, learn to adapt quickly, and strengthen how you communicate with residents, families, and teams.

What’s great is how transferable it all is. Those same skills carry through into hospitals, community settings, and especially agency work where flexibility and confidence really matter.

At Lead Group, we see it all the time: aged care nurses stepping into new shifts and settling in with ease because they’re already used to real, hands-on care.
