BDM / Sales Representative – Construction Equipment
Newcastle | Hunter Valley | Mid North Coast
Join a second-generation, family-owned Earthmoving Equipment Dealer with a Number 1 market position and a strong history of growth since 1989.
With four new branches, three new equipment brands and continued investment, the business is now building a new operation across Northern NSW.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Equipment salesperson to develop the territory, win new customers and grow equipment sales.
You will target civil, earthmoving, hire, infrastructure, mining, quarry and major fleet customers, managing the full sales process from prospecting through to delivery.
We want a proven hunter and performer with a track record of winning equipment sales. Major OEM/dealer experience will be highly regarded.
PACKAGE
$100K Base + $60K Guaranteed Commission
$160K Guaranteed + Super + Company Vehicle

This opportunity is to build the rental business from the ground up.
You’ll have ownership of the Adelaide market, targeting major civil, construction, earthmoving, infrastructure and fleet customers and developing new rental opportunities across the construction equipment range.

The role is heavily focused on new business development and hunting — getting into the market, meeting customers, visiting sites, identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term rental relationships.
The Package

$100,000 Base + Super + Company Car + $80,000 Guaranteed Commission
That gives you $180,000 in guaranteed earnings before super and car, with the opportunity to build a significant income as the rental business grows.

The equipment range includes excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, skid steers, compact track loaders and other construction equipment.

Are you an experienced Field Service Technician, Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Workshop Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor looking for your next career move within the earthmoving and construction equipment industry?

Cappro Pacific is currently recruiting two Field Service Coordinators for a leading Earthmoving Equipment OEM, with positions available in Sydney and Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong technical knowledge and has perhaps reached the point where they are ready to step off the tools and start building a career into Service Management.

You will play a critical role within the service operation, coordinating field technicians, customers, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and service requirements across a busy equipment network.

You will become the central point of contact between customers, field service technicians, workshops and management, ensuring technicians are allocated efficiently, jobs are prioritised and customers receive a high level of service and communication.
