This role will focus on driving new equipment sales throughout the East Coast of Australia while also supporting the New Zealand market. Mechanical Fitter / Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter / Project Supervisor to join a major industrial waste infrastructure project. This is a unique opportunity offering a genuine 50/50 split between staying hands-on with the tools and leading projects across installation, maintenance, shutdowns, and construction activities. You will play a key role in the build and commissioning of a large-scale waste transfer station processing up to 300,000 tonnes per year, while coordinating labour, contractors, and daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with experience within industrial, manufacturing, waste, construction, or heavy industry environments. Previous experience leading crews, reading drawings, coordinating site activities, and driving safety and productivity standards will be highly regarded.
