Hi Everybody , I have some exciting news but I need all of help from all of you if possible .
Some of you may be aware that I am a Councillor here in Sydney , and trying to fight the good fight for the battlers and the voiceless , and the underdogs! My first term ( and hopefully not my last one ) is coming to an end and the new Council election is in September . I have the support of Julia , Luca and Sia , and loads of residents want me to run again . What’s different this time is I am also considering running for Mayor . I am being encouraged to and it would help my Councillor campaign also . The current mayor is spending about $80k , yep $80k, on her campaign and I have about $4.50 and a packet of crisps for the campaign . I have encouraged to ask for donations which I find really difficult to do , but if I get re elected and or elected as Mayor ( unlikely as she is the current mayor) I get to help a lot of people , and I love that . I also get to be in lots of photos and talk a lot and some people in this family reckon I never shut up - so I am going to throw the kitchen sink at it and I need your help .

In this position you will use your compliance and financial KPIs/ experience and knowledge to ensure the facility is compliant with legislative and statutory requirements.

You will have:

>> A strong focus on employee engagement, leading, developing and coaching your workforce to obtain continuous improvement.

>> Provide clinical leadership to the supportive and skilled direct care team.

>> Promote a culture of service delivery excellence that aims to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of clients.

>> Effectively manage financial KPIs.
