Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading marine electronics company that provide equipment to the recreational and commercial marine sectors. This role will provide support to the Sales Operations Team.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Basic Customer Support / FAQ
· Respond to Website enquires
· Direct Consumer enquires through to Technical Support
· Take and process orders, communicate Order Verifications
· Address order, shipping & credit related issues.
· Plan, Maintain & Document regular phone contact with Customer base
· Discuss suitable packages and options with customers
· Tech savvy
· Train customers on B2B tools
· Generate Quotes & Coordinate with RSM
· Attend Training & Dealer Events
· Attend Boat Shows as required.
WHAT YOU NEED:
· Customer Service or Sales Experience
· Excellent phone & communication skills
· Excellent written and oral skills
· Customer focus
· Proven ability to work independently
· Self starter
· An interest in technology
· Effective planner.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
· Experience with & knowledge of Marine Electronics and an understanding of Marine Products
· Boating Experience advantageous
