Delivery Driver
Qualifications
•
Ability to communicate in a positive, professional, and diplomatic manner
•
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (a DMV printout must be provided prior to hire and an Oregon or Washington driver’s license must be obtained within 30 days of hire if the candidate has an otherwise out of state license.)
•
Ability to lift 60 to 90 lbs
•
Must be at least 20 years of age
•
Proficient math skills
•
High school diploma or equivalent
•
Familiarity with the Seattle Metro area
•
Flexible availability, as each day will end when the work is finished
•
Customer service experience
•
Ability to absorb instructions and new processes quickly
•
Proactive attitude and willingness to do whatever needs to be done throughout the workday
•
Please have three professional references and a DMV printout available upon request or at the time of interview
Responsibilities
•
The position entails loading and delivering orders to customers in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
•
This includes routine heavy lifting, utilizing the electronic inventory system, and maintaining product quality and warehouse safety and sanitation standards
•
The right candidate will be capable of working calmly under time constraints, maintaining strict attention to detail, developing comprehensive knowledge of our inventory and our customers’ needs quickly, and demonstrating a willingness to acclimate to the company culture
•
Delivering product to local restaurants and distributors
•
Physically checking and confirming product delivered matches order invoice at each delivery
•
Outstanding attendance, punctuality, time management, and customer service skills
•
Day Shift FT Position: Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 7:00 am and ending when all necessary tasks are completed (usually by 4:00pm)
Benefits

Salary: $55/hr
•
The compensation for this position starts at $55.00hour, depending on experience
•
All regular, full time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment
