We are seeking a pool of Trainers to deliver in Construction & Trade Programs Training in Sydney.

CPC31020 - Certificate III in Solid Plastering.
MSF30422 - Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.
UEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.
MSF30322 – Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology
Criteria.
CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

ABSC Trainers and Assessors must meet the following criteria.

1. TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher-level adult education qualification
2. Hold the CURRENT qualification/s they are delivering and be able to map their experience to the qualification(s) they are delivering.
3. Have recent experience, or have maintained industry currency in the relevant sector (e.g. Building and Construction & Trade sector).
4. Have participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements

The above criteria are essential and ABSC is unable to employ Trainers who do not meet the above requirements. Only applicants that meet the essential criteria and progress to the interview stage will be contacted.

About Us:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative position with experience in the RTO sector to support our operations, compliance, and student services.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RTO standards, processes, and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with enrolments, course scheduling, and administration of training and assessment records.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Assist trainers and assessors with administrative requirements for training delivery.
- Support the continuous improvement of RTO processes and systems.

Key Requirements / Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an RTO is essential.
- Experience with RTO manager, Exellerate, LMS and SMS
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
