After 5 years of operating TEAM Labour Solutions, it’s with a heavy heart that I announce we will be closing our doors.

Due to a significant unpaid debt from a client, the financial impact has made it impossible for us to continue trading.

Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible clients in the construction and mining industries, and we’ve helped place so many hardworking men and women into new roles and long-term careers. That is something I’m extremely proud of.

To our workers, clients, and supporters — thank you. Your trust and loyalty has meant everything.

While this chapter closes, I am incredibly grateful for the relationships built and the lessons learned.

Commercial Subdivision Project | ASAP Start | Long-Term Work (Now → March 2026)

TEAM Labour Solutions is seeking an experienced Pipe Layer for a major subdivision project in Kemps Creek, NSW. This role offers strong pay, stability, and ongoing Monday–Friday work.

Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to follow instruction to a safe and professional standard.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install stormwater, sewer & drainage pipelines
• Set out pipe runs with high accuracy
• Work with pipe sizes 200mm–1500mm
• Install & position precast pits
• Trenching, bedding, compaction & laser levelling
• Read & interpret plans, site drawings & line/grade levels
• Backfilling, compaction & QA checks
• Follow all site safety requirements
• Work closely with operators, civil crews & supervisors

📌 Requirements

• Proven pipe laying experience (civil/subdivision)
• Strong knowledge of grades, alignment & installation standards
• Competent using lasers, levels & measuring tools
• Experience with RCP pipes, precast pits & large-diameter systems
• White Card (mandatory)
• Fit, reliable, punctual & safety-focused
• Able to work 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday

💰 Pay & Conditions

• $55/hr + penalties after 8 hrs
• 7:00am–5:00pm (10 hr days)
• 30 min paid meal break
• Monday–Friday ongoing roster
• Long-term work until March 2026
• Tool allowance negotiable
