Spotless and Mustard Catering Staffing Services This Facebok page was created to maximize communication between Spotless and Mustard Catering Staffing Services and casual staff members.

Mustard is a market leader in Perth’s hospitality industry, providing superior catering solutions to Western Australian Public and Corporate clients and has been in operation since 1981. Mustard Catering are always on the look out for talented people to fill various casual positions (waiting, chefing, portering) at all of our venues throughout the year. Corporate Catering
Our corporate catering d

ivision at Patersons Stadium delivers 5 - star service to companies of all sizes wanting to wine and dine their clients at the sporting events held at Patersons Stadium. On game days we provide service to:
• 9 function rooms (the largest has a capacity of 500 guests)
• 59 enclosed corporate boxes (on average 15 guests per box)
• 176 open-air boxes (averaging 10 guests per box)

This means we cater for up to three thousand corporate guests on match days at Subiaco. This requires around 250 staff to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. It is both a professional and fun place to work with an emphasis on a joint effort from all. Industry skills and previous experience in catering are highly regarded but not vital. At Mustard, we seek applicants that genuinely thrive on working in the hospitality industry, take care in personal presentation, are willing to learn and can commit themselves to the majority of AFL/Super 14 Rugby/Perth Glory game days. Retail
Retail services the public who attend the games at Patersons Stadium. We operate under the Spotless Brand (parent company of Mustard Catering). There are approx 45 outlets around the ground employing around 200 people on game days. All outlets are team based environments where much fun and hard work takes place. Like Corporate Catering, industry skills and previous experience in hospitality are highly regarded but not vital. At Spotless, we seek applicants that genuinely enjoy working in the hospitality industry, take care in personal presentation, are willing to learn and can commit themselves to the majority of AFL/Super 14 game days.

As the AFL Season started at the end of March, the first STEPS monthly winners of 2014 were nominated for the month of April. In corporate we had a draw of points so we have two very well-deserved winners Luel Dekuek and Juan Jimenez.

STEPS Awards is Spotless’ and Mustard’s employee awarding system in which any employee can be nominated by their supervisor, manager, client or colleague for excellence in service. If you wish to nominate your colleague you must see a manager to do so.

Staff members are nominated by a points system with zero to five points in each category: Smile, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Pride and Service, totalling 25 points to the highest achievers. Double nominations from the same event, in example a supervisor and a customer nominating the same staff member will accumulate all points awarded from the supervisor plus an extra 5 points from the second nomination (customer), totalling up to 30 points. A customer nomination will award 25 points to the employee.

Please join us in congratulating Luel and Juan for their outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in service!

To all the mums out there we wish you a very Happy Mother's Day!

Dear team,

We are quickly approaching the start of a new AFL season at Patersons Stadium. With this in mind we would like to remind you of a few things:

Uniform requirements – the new ‘Employee Handbook’ was sent out via email to all new and current staff with important information in regards to your employment with us as well as uniform standards. You are required to adhere to all uniform requirements, if you don’t have a name badge this will be produced at check in point and you will need to wear it to all shifts. Failure to adhere to uniform standards will result in warnings;

Start times – Patersons Stadium is a big venue so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your shift start time to allow enough time to check in, change into your uniform, leave your belongings and find your place of work (staff runners will be available for new staff); your start time is the time you must be ready at your allocated area of work;

Cloakroom/lockers – your belongings must be left at check in point/cloakroom. Please be aware that lockers are small and space is limited so please only bring bare minimum to your shift;

New staff – this weekend we will see lots of new faces around with new staff coming on board and would like to welcome all of them to the team! We would love that everyone joined us in welcoming our new colleagues. Please take a moment to remember that we were all new staff at one stage and make them feel welcome by offering a helping hand :-)

We look forward to seeing you over the weekend!

As we are getting back to AFL season this is a reminder that Retail check in will now be in former outlet 215, still through gate 19 but upstairs from last year's check in area.

Check in will be subdivided between food and bar outlets and you will collect your work shirt at check in point. There will be no cloakroom however there will be a designated staffing representative throughout your whole shift. Lockers are still available as well as extra space for your belongings however please only bring the bare minimal to work.

For the newbies and those who can't remember outlet locations we will have designated staff runners to help ensuring staff arrival to outlets on time. As usual please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time which will allow you to get to your outlet at the designated working time.

We hope you like the new check in area!

Hi team,

Unfortunately we have a list of employees that haven’t yet completed the Spotless Professional Behaviour Policy. Spotless is committed to fostering a workplace environment where employees treat others with courtesy, dignity and respect. Unacceptable behaviour by individuals or groups towards others is not tolerated.

Spotless’ Head Office requires evidence that you have read and understood this policy so it is compulsory in order to remain a current and active employee and if you haven’t yet completed you will not receive the opportunity of shifts. This should only take 15-20min and the questions are very straight forward.

If you have any difficulties please contact us ASAP.
