ivision at Patersons Stadium delivers 5 - star service to companies of all sizes wanting to w**e and dine their clients at the sporting events held at Patersons Stadium. On game days we provide service to:
• 9 function rooms (the largest has a capacity of 500 guests)
• 59 enclosed corporate boxes (on average 15 guests per box)
• 176 open-air boxes (averaging 10 guests per box)
This means we cater for up to three thousand corporate guests on match days at Subiaco. This requires around 250 staff to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. It is both a professional and fun place to work with an emphasis on a joint effort from all. Industry skills and previous experience in catering are highly regarded but not vital. At Mustard, we seek applicants that genuinely thrive on working in the hospitality industry, take care in personal presentation, are willing to learn and can commit themselves to the majority of AFL/Super 14 Rugby/Perth Glory game days. Retail services the public who attend the games at Patersons Stadium. We operate under the Spotless Brand (parent company of Mustard Catering). There are approx 45 outlets around the ground employing around 200 people on game days. All outlets are team based environments where much fun and hard work takes place. Like Corporate Catering, industry skills and previous experience in hospitality are highly regarded but not vital. At Spotless, we seek applicants that genuinely enjoy working in the hospitality industry, take care in personal presentation, are willing to learn and can commit themselves to the majority of AFL/Super 14 game days.
