anaging director Paul Bacica has 30 years offshore experience as a Rig Welder, and as such his team at Focus Offshore fully understand the importance of providing qualified and experienced personnel. We are dedicated to our clients and focused on providing excellent service whilst maintaining a high level of compliance. We also value team work and continuity, the importance of having a regular team is vital for mental health and productivity. With Focus Offshore Services our team have exceptional Drilling, Construction and Maritime knowledge, and have years of experience and understanding in all aspects relating to offshore mobilisations in both Australia and Internationally. Our personnel hold current qualifications and relevant competencies, and have been selected by our recruitment team to ensure that they have the experience and skills required to perform in the offshore environment. All competencies and certificates are regularly checked with the issuing bodies to ensure compliance to currency standards are maintained.
