Congratulations to our Candidate Manager, Megan Maritz. 👏

This feedback truly shares the importance of staying connected and ensuring every candidate we work with feels supported throughout their journey.

Megan initially scheduled this candidate for an interview, which was later cancelled after the candidate secured another opportunity. Rather than ending the conversation there, Megan made it a priority to check in not once, but twice after they had started their new role.

Fast forward to today, unfortunately that position didn't work out for the candidate. However, because of the relationship Megan had built and the ongoing support she provided, the candidate felt comfortable contacting us first when they were ready to find a new opportunity.

This is exactly what recruitment is all about, building genuine relationships, providing ongoing support, and being there for candidates every step of the way.
