We are currently seeking Casual Bakery Operators to join a busy production team in Erskine Park. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy physical work, can handle repetitive tasks, and are committed to quality and safety standards.
👨🍳 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Mixing ingredients according to recipes
✅ Weighing and preparing ingredients accurately
✅ Unwrapping products and loading mixing bowls
✅ Moving wheelie bins throughout the production area
✅ Handling raw materials and tipping bread
✅ Using lifting equipment safely and correctly
✅ Completing production paperwork accurately
✅ Maintaining production flow and efficiency
✅ Following GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures
✔️ What You'll Need:
🔹 Ability to lift up to 25kg
🔹 Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or process work experience (preferred)
🔹 Ability to read, understand, and complete paperwork
🔹 Strong communication skills
🔹 Awareness of GMP and workplace health & safety standards
🔹 Quality-focused attitude
🔹 Reliable vehicle and transport
🔹 Flexibility with start times and shift requirements
