Their rapping skills? Courtesy of AI. Their scaffolding skills? That's 17 years of hard-earned experience, dedication and genuine passion for the job.

Between them, Phill and JB bring the kind of experience that's hard to find in the scaffolding game. They hold their advanced scaffolding tickets, and they can run a job from start to finish. They know the gear inside and out, and they know how to keep a crew running smoothly.

You might think scaffolding is just a few tubes and clips, and that Phill and JB's music careers are about to take off. They'd disagree on both counts. To them it's a lot more than tubes and clips, and they're the first to admit the rapping needs work. 🎤

Staff review - From Adrian🙌

I’ve been with Gard Labour Hire for almost 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. What I love most is the variety of working on different sites with different teams means the job is never boring. Starting with the basics and moving up to more interesting roles has really helped me build my skills.

Huge thanks to Mike for being attentive and pushing me to grow and to Olivia for always being so responsive with any HR requests. Great crew, great management, and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Highly recommend working with them!

Thank you Adrian for all your dedication to any job big or small! 💪
