What an incredible few days at the inaugural INFORMA Urgent Care Conference in Sydney.

It was fantastic to connect with so many existing urgent care clients, catch up with general practitioners we've had the pleasure of working alongside, and meet new healthcare leaders who are passionate about improving access to quality patient care across Australia.

The conference showcased the continued growth and innovation within the urgent care sector, bringing together passionate clinicians, operators and industry leaders who are helping shape the future of healthcare delivery across Australia.

We were also proud to have our Clinical Advisor and General Practitioner, Dr Omar Salem in attendance, contributing to important conversations around the future of urgent care and primary care integration. Having experienced clinical leaders involved in these discussions is critical as the sector continues to evolve.

Congratulations to all the award winners announced during the conference. It was wonderful to see outstanding individuals and organisations recognised for their contribution to healthcare excellence.

A special mention to Victoria, who was undoubtedly the GP guru of the conference. Her expertise, insights and passion for the sector were evident throughout the event and greatly valued by all who attended.

Thank you to the INFORMA team for delivering such a successful inaugural event.

A well deserved winter getaway for Tamara and Victoria this weekend, mixing a little work with some incredible local experiences in beautiful Merimbula.

A huge thank you to the team at Hillcrest Merimbula for the wonderful hospitality and stay. We were lucky enough to enjoy some of the region's best food, including a fantastic tour of the local cuisine and a tasting of the famous Pambula oysters!

We’re back in Edwards and Co HQ and 2026 is already moving.....

Huge appreciation to our After Hours team, who kept us live during the Christmas cheer, making sure urgent and last-minute shifts were covered!

A brief intro to our early 2026 plans. Maintaining our boutique style, this allows us to commit to our stand alone homes and medical centres, which also affords that continued personal touch to our larger, more corporate orientated health services too.

We’ll continue our focus on metro, rural and remote Australia with permanent, contract and temp shift availability. With workforce solutions in:
