Harvest is a busy time, and long hours can wear you down quicker than you think. When you’re tired, your focus drops — and that’s when mistakes happen, especially around machinery.

⸻

⚠️ Just a simple reminder:

• Take your breaks
• Drink plenty of water
• Get proper rest
• Speak up if you’re feeling tired

⸻

If something doesn’t feel safe, stop and let someone know. It’s not worth the risk.

At Agri Workforce Solutions, we focus on keeping our crews safe, every shift.

Before sunrise and after the sun set the machines start moving across the orchard rows.

While many people are finishing their week, our crews are already in the field keeping the harvest moving.

From machine operators to harvest teams — it takes dedication and teamwork to keep agriculture running.

A big thank you to everyone putting in long hours this harvest season.

Stay safe and look after each other.
