One thing I’m proud of is how we manage candidate risk through our recruitment process.

I would say, with exception to the odd one or two, it’s something we’re great at. When you’ve got turnover of staff, and we’re engaged to fill your roles, I think managing risk from the get go is something that’s complex, hard work, but very worthwhile. It sees the right candidate slotting into the right roles seamlessly.

Are you finding leadership turnover is becoming more frequent in your organisation? You’re not alone. Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen a real shift — more CEOs and senior executives are exploring new opportunities than ever before.

Performance pressures, sector change, and curiosity about “what’s next” are all driving this movement. But it’s also made recruitment more complex with counteroffers, last-minute withdrawals and heightened competition for jobs. Candidates seem to have the pick of the crop.
