Career Co is recruiting Production Workers in Port Augusta for a unique, specialised production environment.

This is hands-on work where reliability, consistency and attention to detail genuinely matter. You’ll be part of a team responsible for keeping production on schedule and maintaining strict quality, hygiene and process standards.

Your day could include production tasks, preparing materials, cleaning equipment and work areas, quality checking, basic data entry and repetitive manual work.

You don’t necessarily need years of production experience. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, follow procedures properly, notice the little things and understand that being reliable means the rest of the team can rely on you too.

Shifts are generally 7:30am–3:30pm, with a rotating roster across weekends and public holidays.

💰 $34.38/hr + penalty rates
Saturday $48.13 | Sunday $61.88 | Public Holidays $75.63

Applicants will need to meet pre-employment requirements including; National Police Check, Drug & alcohol testing and basic fitness-for-work testing. Due to the production environment, applicants must have no known allergies to yeast, chlorine or dusts.
