🚨New Automated Decision-Making (ADM) privacy reforms come into effect on 10 December 2026 and may affect your real estate business.

ℹ️One key takeaway is that if your business is subject to AML/CTF obligations under Tranche 2, you will also need to comply with the Privacy Act, even if you’re a small business or have turnover under $3 million.
