When you do a job well, the work keeps coming ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last week I was engaged to fill a niche caravan technician role. Within just a week, I’d found the right person - interviewed, offered, and starting on site.

CLIENT WIN OF THE WEEK

I was engaged last week by a nationally recognised caravan and campervan company on the Gold Coast to help fill a niche technician/builder role.

Within just 2 days, I’d sourced, screened and lined up a candidate for interview - and today, he’s started his first day on site.

The brief was clear:

- Experienced

- Within salary range

- Local to the area

- Immediately available

We hit every mark. The candidate came with 4 years of hands-on experience in the UK caravan industry and was ready to hit the ground running.

It’s a good reminder that when the brief is clear and the network is strong, even the most specialised roles can be filled quickly - and distance doesn’t slow the process down.
