⭐Site Supervisor - Emulsion Facility⭐
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Site Supervisor to support the leadership of our Western Energetics facility in Wubin.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive safe, efficient and high-quality operations whilst leading a small, high performing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔Lead and support day-to-day and plant operations
✔Drive strong performance in Safety, Quality & Environment standards
✔Coordinate production activities and optimise operational efficiency
✔Manage Inventory levels, stock control, and yard operations
✔Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure safe material movement
✔Conduct quality assurance checks on raw materials and finished product
✔Support the implementation and adherence to site safety systems, maintenance schedules, and standard operating procedures
✔Report to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
✔Current Driver’s Licence
✔Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
✔National Police Clearance
✔Must pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
✔High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable)
✔Full Australian work rights
