Are you an experienced cabinetmaker ready to take on a supervisory role?
Join DNA Furniture & Cabinetry in Canning Vale, a leading WA-based business with over 40 years of expertise in crafting high-end, custom cabinetry.
Known for exceptional craftsmanship, DNA is growing fast and seeking a skilled professional to lead their team.

About the Role:

This is a rare chance to showcase your precision and leadership with a market leader. As a supervisor, you’ll oversee projects, mentor apprentices, and ensure top-quality cabinetry production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret designs and create accurate cutting lists to specifications

· Manage workloads to meet deadlines and budgets

· Lead and train a team, including guiding apprentices

· Build and install high-end cabinetry and wardrobes

· Maintain excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

What You Bring:

· 5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience in cabinet making

· Strong ability to read and implement technical drawings

· Proven experience in cabinetry or wardrobe installation

· Valid driver’s license

· Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
