ORDER INFO FOR MADE TO ORDER WEDDING DRESSES: ~ Our wedding dresses are made to order. We will provide a measurement guide and order form that describes all measurements that are needed and you will be able to provide us with your address, wedding date etc on the order form. ~ These dresses take 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture. Lately we have been receiving them within 4 weeks and able to send straight to our happy clients. ~ Returns will only be accepted if the dress is not made as described or to the measurements provided. We must be contacted within 3 days via email if there is a problem otherwise no return will be accepted. ~ Full payment must be received before we will order any dress from our supplier. Payment methods accepted are PAYPAL or DirDeb. Please advise at the time of ordering which you would prefer. Payment must be received within 3 working days of placing order. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORDER INFORMATION FOR BRIDESMAID DRESSES/SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES If you would like to order one of our gorgeous bridesmaid/special occasions dresses you should be aware of the following: ~ These Dresses take approximately 10 working days to hit Australia, then a further time period depending on whether you choose standard or express post. Standard Postage is via Australia Post Click & Send (trackable) which takes 3 to 5 working days or via Australia Express Post – depending on which you choose at the time of ordering. Click & Send is $8.50 Flat rate. Express Post is $12.50 Flat Rate. ~ Our supplier does offer an express option which takes 3 to 5 days to get to Australia - then we will express directly to you - this options is $35.00 dollars extra (which includes our express postage cost to you). ~ The measurements placed under each dress are unique to that style. They are NOT your body measurements…they are the Dress measurements. The measurements are taken whilst the garment is lying flat. If you have a dress that fits well now we suggest that you take it’s measurements whilst it is laying flat, for comparison. ~ The sizes displayed under each dress pictures are what is currently available. (We will double check with our supplier before placing your order with them that the size is in stock) ~ Returns: Yes we will accept returns however we must be notified via email within 3 days of receipt of your item or returns will be refused. Each garment must be returned in the exact same condition as it was originally sent complete with tags in tact. Once the garment has been returned safely, we will then refund your money minus a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns are to be at the expense of our clients. If an item is received and is faulty we will accept full responsibility and once it is returned safely, we will then refund all monies. We need to be contacted within 3 working days of receipt of any item for a refund to be valid, via [email protected]. ~ Full payment must be received before we will order any dress from our supplier.
