At Tunnel Ridge Ranch, our horses aren’t just animals we manage. They’re the reason a shy teenager finds their confidence, the reason a camper’s biggest smile of the year happens in our arena, and often the reason a young person leaves camp having encountered something bigger than themselves for the first time.
We’re looking for a Horse Coordinator to lead this program: someone who lives for the moment a nervous first-timer becomes a rider, who takes real pride in a healthy, well-prepared herd, and who wants their work to matter well beyond the stables.
This isn’t just a horse job. It’s a chance to build something, lead a team, and be part of a mission that changes lives, one camper at a time.
