Based in Perth with hybrid flexibility, this full-time role sits at the heart of Blasta’s brand and growth strategy. You will be developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, managing customer engagement, and collaborating closely with teams across the business. It rewards both strategic thinking and hands-on ex*****on, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, solid experience in marketing strategy, and a genuine understanding of what drives customer behaviour. A background in or passion for the craft beer industry will be a real advantage, but what matters most is the drive to make a meaningful impact within a brand that people genuinely love.
