A New Automotive Career Begins!

Please join us in welcoming Kaine, who has recently commenced his Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology through Apprenticeships Are Us in Queensland supported by Apprentice Employement Manager Robert Borg.

Kaine has always been keen to explore his passion for working on cars and bikes, and this apprenticeship marks the start of an exciting journey in the automotive industry. Throughout his apprenticeship, Kaine will complete his training with Aloha College while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the workplace.

We look forward to supporting Kaine as he develops his skills, builds his confidence and works towards a rewarding career as a qualified technician.

One of the most rewarding parts of AEM Jamie's role is seeing an apprentice reach the finish line of their apprenticeship and the pride on their face when they do.

After four years of commitment and dedication, Wayne has successfully completed his training and development in his certificate 3 in light vehicle mechanical technology. From building his theoretical knowledge with his trainers at the Chisholm Institute to sharpening his practical skills alongside the team at Mercedes-Benz Toorak, this achievement is truly well deserved.

Wayne is now stepping into the next chapter as a qualified technician with Mercedes-Benz, and Jamie couldn’t be more excited to see where his career takes him.

Congratulations, Wayne - your hard work has paid off, and the future is bright!

Last week Apprenticeships Are Us was proud to attend the Western Sydney and Blue Mountains Regional Training Awards as a Gold Sponsor.

The awards are a fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of apprentices, trainees, students, trainers and employers who are helping shape the future workforce.

We extend our congratulations to all finalists and winners, whose dedication, hard work and commitment to learning continue to inspire our industry. We were also honoured to have our COO, Philip Cooksey, present the School-Based Apprentice/Trainee Finalist and Winner Awards.

Meet Georgia from our Recruitment Team.

What does Georgia do all day?

She tracks people down, asks a lot of questions, gathers information, and convinces them to make life-changing decisions.

Sounds a little suspicious when you put it that way.

In reality, Georgia spends her days helping apprentices and trainees find opportunities and making sure the right people end up in the right roles.

A huge congratulations to Kiera on officially completing her Light Vehicle Apprenticeship with Dominelli Ford through Apprenticeships Are Us Limited

Completing an apprenticeship is no small achievement and takes a lot of commitment, resilience, and hard work along the way. Kiera should be incredibly proud of what she has accomplished and the skills she has developed throughout her journey.

A massive thank you as well to the team at Dominelli Ford for their ongoing support, guidance, and investment into the next generation of the automotive industry.
