Last month, our teams from across Australia came together in the Hunter Valley for a few days of learning, connection and plenty of fun.
 
From practising our swings on the green and racing around the track to sampling some of the Hunter’s local varieties, there was plenty to enjoy. It was a great opportunity to spend time together, celebrate our people and enjoy the things that bring us together outside of work.
 
Connection and recognition are a big part of our culture at Reo Group, and Villagecon is one of the ways we make space for both.

Carrying on with our EOFY celebrations, this time it was our NSW office’s turn to get together, hitting the green for an afternoon of lawn bowls in Parramatta.

We’re proud of the results this team delivers, and just as proud of how they show up for each other. Moments like these matter. The relationships built off the clock are often what carry a team through the pressure on it.

Here’s to a strong year behind us, and an even stronger one ahead with this group leading the way.

Starting the Financial Year off strong, the Sydney office ran a BD challenge with a twist: book meetings, or face the chilli. 🌶️

Two hours, one goal, and a team that went all in. 40 meetings booked, plenty of laughs, and a healthy dose of competitive spirit.

One person ended up facing the sauce. The rest of the office made sure he wasn’t doing it alone.

Well done to everyone who took part, now we’re just wondering what the next challenge will be.

Last week, the team headed to Circular Quay to catch the final night of Vivid Sydney, and it didn’t disappoint.
 
It was a great chance to step away from our desks, enjoy the incredible atmosphere, and spend some quality time together outside of the office. From the lights and installations to plenty of laughs along the way, it was a fantastic evening with an even better team.
 
As we continue to grow, we’re always keen to meet talented people who want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing, and genuinely supportive environment.
