This morning, some of the team came together over breakfast to celebrate International Women’s Day, which falls this Sunday, March 8th. It was a meaningful opportunity to recognise the achievements and contributions of women across our business and broader community.
 
This year’s UN Women Australia theme, “Balance the Scales,” highlights the ongoing need to ensure fair, inclusive, and accessible outcomes for women and girls. For us, it is a timely reminder that while progress has been made, there is still important work to do to create environments where women are supported to grow, lead, and thrive.
 
It was a great chance to come together, enjoy some good food, and recognise the amazing women in our team and beyond. Moments like this help us pause and reflect on the role we all play in continuing to drive meaningful progress.
