headspace Workshop – headspace Batemans Bay and headspace Narooma🌟
What an incredible day delivering Yilabara’s Aboriginal Cultural Safety Training to the amazing team at headspace Batemans Bay and headspace Narooma!
This workshop was facilitated by Mark Richards. Mark led the session in a welcoming, conversational “yarn” style, creating a safe and open space for learning and reflection.
The U-shape setup encouraged connection, allowing everyone to engage deeply in discussions around what cultural safety truly means in practice.
Throughout the workshop, participants shared thoughtful insights and asked meaningful, in-depth questions. The energy in the room was genuine, respectful, and inspiring — a true reflection of headspace’s commitment to culturally safe care.
