We are available to our clients and candidates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our labour hire division can have an employee on site in as little as 30 minutes from the time of your call.
Unique Recruitment have two main divisions - labour hire ("blue collar") and permanent recruitment ("white collar").
Labour Hire
Our labour hire division services all industries and specialises in building, construction, cranes and rigging, transport & logistics. With a team of 20+ experienced construction labourers and over 100 fully ticketed and experienced crane operators, riggers, truck drivers and operators we are able to supply trades to many industries at a moments notice.
Our labour hire employees will all arrive on site in full PPE, on time, ready to work. With VOC's undertaken by our in house, worksafe accredited trainer and assessor you can be assured that our crew are skilled, safe and reliable.
If you have a specific requirement such as a Rigger with MSIC clearance or a Labourer with an EWP ticket, we can assist. We have employees with every conceivable ticket or licence available and many holding current mine inductions. We can mobilise a fully ticketed and inducted employee to any site, simply call us with your requirements.
Whether you need an additional labourer for a short term influx of work or if you're looking for someone to join your team long term we are able to assist.

Permanent Recruitment
Our permanent recruitment division provide long term solutions to a wide variety of industries. With consultants specialising in different industries including property and real estate, building and construction, accounting and finance, legal, training and human resources, we are able to provide truly specialist advice for clients seeking permanent employees.
We provide a full recruitment service but unlike many other recruitment agencies, we allow our clients to decide how much of the recruiting process they would like us to be involved in. We can assist with all or part of the recruitment process and see ourselves as a complementary extension of your existing recruitment team.
