We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our supportive team in Warren Blackwood.

We have a six month fixed term role for three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), with paid accommodation, up to three hours of daily travel costs covered, and a $70 daily allowance for meals.

Aubrey's efforts for exceptional dedication and compassion in providing care to our clients has been recognised with a Silverchain Best Care People Award for supporting a client living with multiple mental health conditions.

The client, residing on a farm in Western Australia, faced the challenges of isolation, making his wife’s responsibilities in caring for him increasingly challenging. Understanding the delicate nature of the situation, Aubrey embarked on a journey to gain client trust.

Beverley had been experiencing a few falls lately, but luckily, her Care Aide Trish was paying close attention.

Knowing that falls could significantly impact Beverley’s confidence, health, and wellbeing, Trish escalated Beverley’s situation and organised a falls risk assessment right away.

81 year old Beverley was worried that she might have to move to residential aged care, but with her care team’s support she’s now the proud owner of a new wheely walker that has helped her move about her home safely. She’s now receiving more support services that help her continue living independently, and we're happy to see her thrive.
