“Nothing’s ever happened before.”
It’s something we’ve probably all heard at some point.

When you do the same job every day, it’s easy to get comfortable. The things you once noticed can start to feel normal, simply because nothing has gone wrong.

But sometimes it’s worth stopping and looking again.

Is there something we’ve just got used to? Could we do it better? Could we make it safer?

That’s what this first week of National Safe Work Month is really about. Having those conversations before something happens, not after.

Because at the end of the day, the reason we work safely is pretty simple. People matter. ❤️

We might need a few more of these… 🦺

There are plenty of jobs on the go at Backam Group at the moment, which means plenty of new faces getting ready to join our crews.

And of course, you can’t send them out without the Backam gear. 😄

Happy Birthday to our girl Tomi! 🥳

We hope you’re making the most of your day off, getting thoroughly spoilt and doing absolutely nothing work-related. 😂

Tomi always brings her beautiful smile and bubbly personality into the office, and we’ll have to make up for missing you today with some birthday celebrations when you’re back! 🎂

Have the best day, Tomi! From all of us at Backam Group. ❤️

It’s getting a little tight at the top… 🏉

Our Backam Footy Tipping Comp is heading towards the finish line, and there’s not much separating our top tippers!

A few good picks could change things pretty quickly from here, so we want to know… how are your tips looking? 😏

Are you sitting pretty near the top, quietly making a late run, or have you stopped checking the ladder altogether? 😂

Good luck for the final stretch, tippers. Who’s going to take it out? 🏆
