It was great to see so many people from across the construction industry come together for the 2026 Construction Industry Safety Dinner hosted by Foundation House / FoundoBlue 💙

As proud sponsors of the event, we were grateful to be part of an evening that highlighted such important conversations around mental health, su***de prevention, and alcohol and drug awareness.

Sometimes it's nights like these that remind us what our industry is really about. Behind every hard hat is a person, a family, and a community that all benefit when we look out for one another.

A big thank you to Foundation House and FoundoBlue for everything you continue to do to support our industry and people 🥰

Most of us are pretty good at looking after our tools, our ute, or making sure the job gets done.

But mate, when was the last time you checked in on your own health?

This Men's Health Week is a good reminder to book that appointment you've been putting off.

A quick health check can pick up things like high blood pressure, diabetes, and other health issues before they become bigger problems.

For our mob, these regular check-ups are especially important, with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men experiencing higher rates of a number of preventable health conditions.

You don't need to be sick to see your GP.

🩺 Feeling fine? Still get checked.

Have a yarn with your mates. Ask how they're going. And if it's been a while, maybe both of you should book that check-up you've been putting off.

A quick appointment now could save a lot of trouble later.

Another exciting milestone for Tidda Workforce! 🎉

We’re proud to share that Tidda Workforce has achieved NSWICC Assured Certification through the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce.

This certification independently verifies that Tidda Workforce is a majority Indigenous-owned and controlled business, providing confidence to government agencies, businesses, and industry partners looking to work with certified Indigenous suppliers.

As a proudly Indigenous female-owned business, this recognition reflects the strong foundations we continue to build and our commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities and pathways across NSW.

Every milestone like this helps strengthen our ability to support workers, communities, and clients while continuing to grow opportunities where they matter most.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on the journey so far. We're excited for what comes next 💛❤️🖤

Another year, another successful surveillance audit completed ✅

We're proud to have maintained our certifications in:
✔ ISO 9001 – Quality Management
✔ ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
✔ ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management

These internationally recognised standards reflect the commitment, systems, and processes behind everything we do, from supporting our workforce to delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Tidda Workforce has proudly maintained these certifications since 2022, and we're committed to continuing to raise the bar across quality, safety, and environmental management.

A huge thank you to our team for the hard work that goes into maintaining these standards every day. Achievements like this don't happen on audit day, they're built through the effort, dedication, and professionalism shown throughout the year 👏

Last week, some of our team attended the CCF NSW Women in Civil Lunch, and it was really good hearing honest conversations from women across the industry about their experiences, challenges, and the changes they’re starting to see. ✨

One thing that stood out was how important visibility and support can be.

For a long time, civil and construction industries have been heavily male dominated, but hearing from women already out there on sites, in leadership roles, project teams and operations shows why representation matters.

Not just for younger women entering the industry, but for anyone considering a different path or looking for an opportunity to step into something new.

There were also some really valuable discussions around mentoring, workplace culture, and creating environments where people feel supported and included.

Big thanks to CCF NSW and everyone involved in putting together such an important event 💛

Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week 2026.

This year’s theme, “All In”, is a reminder that reconciliation is not something that happens from the sidelines. It takes all of us.

In our industries, that means creating real opportunities, building respectful workplaces, listening, learning, and making sure people feel supported and included both on site and off.

For too long, the responsibility of pushing for change has fallen heavily on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Real progress happens when everyone is willing to be part of the conversation and part of the action.

At Tidda Workforce, we know there is still more work to do, but every opportunity created, every barrier removed, and every positive workplace culture matters.
🖤💛❤️
