We are proud to announce that Tidda Workforce has been approved as a supplier on the Prequalification Scheme – Contingent Workforce Panel.

This is a huge achievement for our young, Indigenous female-owned business and an important milestone in our growth. ✨

Another year, another successful surveillance audit completed ✅

We're proud to have maintained our certifications in:
✔ ISO 9001 – Quality Management
✔ ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
✔ ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management

These internationally recognised standards reflect the commitment, systems, and processes behind everything we do, from supporting our workforce to delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Tidda Workforce has proudly maintained these certifications since 2022, and we're committed to continuing to raise the bar across quality, safety, and environmental management.

A huge thank you to our team for the hard work that goes into maintaining these standards every day. Achievements like this don't happen on audit day, they're built through the effort, dedication, and professionalism shown throughout the year 👏

Last week, some of our team attended the CCF NSW Women in Civil Lunch, and it was really good hearing honest conversations from women across the industry about their experiences, challenges, and the changes they’re starting to see. ✨

One thing that stood out was how important visibility and support can be.

For a long time, civil and construction industries have been heavily male dominated, but hearing from women already out there on sites, in leadership roles, project teams and operations shows why representation matters.

Not just for younger women entering the industry, but for anyone considering a different path or looking for an opportunity to step into something new.

There were also some really valuable discussions around mentoring, workplace culture, and creating environments where people feel supported and included.

Big thanks to CCF NSW and everyone involved in putting together such an important event 💛

Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week 2026.

This year’s theme, “All In”, is a reminder that reconciliation is not something that happens from the sidelines. It takes all of us.

In our industries, that means creating real opportunities, building respectful workplaces, listening, learning, and making sure people feel supported and included both on site and off.

For too long, the responsibility of pushing for change has fallen heavily on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Real progress happens when everyone is willing to be part of the conversation and part of the action.

At Tidda Workforce, we know there is still more work to do, but every opportunity created, every barrier removed, and every positive workplace culture matters.

What do you think makes a good crew?

The people who help out without being asked.
Show up when they say they will.
Communicate properly.
Work safely.
And still have a laugh along the way 😄

The work matters, but the people around you make a big difference too 👏

One good opportunity can change a lot.

A steady routine again.
More confidence.
Supporting family.
Meeting new people.
Getting back on track.

Sometimes it starts with something as simple as someone giving you a chance.

That’s why what we do matters 💛

🚧 Things are definitely starting to take shape at the Mount Ousley Interchange project.

There’s been plenty happening on site lately, with crews continuing work across the area and upcoming road closures planned through May as the next stage moves ahead.

Big projects like this don’t happen overnight, and it’s always good seeing the progress slowly come together piece by piece.

For anyone travelling through the area, just a reminder there’ll be planned weekend closures on Mount Ousley Road between Gaynor Avenue and the M1 Princes Motorway across May, along with ongoing day and night works.

Big effort from everyone involved on site and behind the scenes as the project continues to move forward 👏

Drive safe around the crews and allow a little extra time if you’re heading through 🚧
