It’s not just about finding someone for a role. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, safety, site requirements, and all the little things need to come together to make sure people are properly supported.

That part might not always be seen, but it matters. ✨

For us, it’s about looking after our workers, supporting our clients and doing things properly from start to finish. 💛

For National Safe Work Month, this week is about remembering why we work safely. Because behind every shift is a life outside of work, and everyone deserves to get home safely to it.

Newcastle is going to be absolutely buzzing this long weekend! 🏉

With the Knights heading into the NRL Grand Final on Sunday and the Koori Knockout happening at Raymond Terrace, there’s a lot to get excited about across the Hunter.

The Newcastle Yowies are hosting the Knockout after last year’s win, so to all our mob heading along, have an amazing weekend, enjoy the footy and soak up the atmosphere. ❤️💛🖤

We know there are plenty of passionate Knights supporters amongst our Newcastle office and crews, so whatever your plans are, enjoy the long weekend, stay safe and have a good one.

Well, this is pretty exciting… we’re a finalist! ❤️💛🖤

Tidda Workforce has officially been named a finalist for Emerging Indigenous Enterprise of the Year at the NSWICC Summit 2026 Awards. 👏

For a business that is still relatively young, it’s pretty special to stop for a moment and see how far Tidda has come. Giving people a chance, helping them find work, build their skills and grow their careers is what we’re all about, and to have that recognised means so much to our whole team.

And there’s even more to celebrate! Our Director, Bree has also been named a finalist for Indigenous Business Woman of the Year! 🥰👏 We couldn’t be happier for her.

A massive thank you to our team, our crews, our clients, our mob and our communities who continue to support Tidda. You’ve all played a part in getting us here. ❤️

Now we get to celebrate alongside some incredible Indigenous businesses and people at The Summit 2026 Awards in the Hunter Valley on Wonnarua Country on 3 November.

Whatever happens on the night, this is already a pretty special achievement.
