Recent Columbia University and Duke University research revealed a clear link between company culture and financial performance.
A staggering 92% of CEOs and CFOs agreed that enhancing their organisation's culture would significantly increase its value in terms of employee engagement and job satisfaction and drive better financial and operational outcomes.
In a recent MIT Sloan Management Review webinar, an esteemed senior lecturer from MIT Sloan emphasised the crucial role of culture, stating, "Culture matters. A good culture can enhance performance, while a negative culture can severely hinder it. Perhaps the most intriguing finding from the survey was that only about 1 in 6 executives believed their culture was where it needs to be."
