Daniel O'Donnell founded Sales Placements Australia in 2003 to build a boutique executive search firm that specialise in sales, technical and senior appointments in the information technology and consulting sectors within Australia & South East Asia. We match the right talent to the right company, and our success rate on all retained work is 100%. WHY CHOOSE US? By choosing Sales Placements, you will trust a small, but incredibly dedicated and highly trained team of individuals that will be focusing on positive results. The team has significant recruitment experience in tough markets; including International exposure in the USA and UK combined with domestic expertise in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. This also brings to bear the benefit of our network of contacts, spanning almost every time zone in the world. Choosing a recruitment company is an involved and considered choice for the best candidates and clients. Nominating someone to represent you or your business in the hiring process requires that you appoint a company that recognises your professional reputation is at stake. OUR CANDIDATE VALUES
Our stakeholders have much in common with candidates, we were candidates once too! Similarly our stakeholders have held roles in mid and high management remits. Common feedback we receive time and again is that we have taken the extra step to understand our candidate's needs and provide them frank and robust advice that has real practical value. Feel free to contact us to discuss how best to engage our services, ensuring that the outcome fits the strategic hiring objectives of you or your business.
