All of our staff have a tertiary education together with English language competency. The Philippines has one of the highest English proficiencies ratings in Asia.

Our staff mostly come from BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or corporate office environment. As our workforce is home-based, we offer better working conditions than most offices. We also remove the need for employees to commute to the office saving some workers up to 6 hours of their day.
