Identified Call Centre Manager

We’re actively looking for Mob wanting to join a leading corporate in their brand new Mob-specific call centre!

You’ll lead the implementation of a brand new team, while working closely with the existing call centres.

Responsibilities include:
✅Hiring, training and leading a team of 15
✅Ongoing coaching and mentoring of team
✅Providing cultural guidance and advice to the broader team
✅Support with RAP deliverables

📍Hybrid Opportunity based in either Olympic Park or Gosford

🕚6-week rotating roster

Criteria:
✅Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
✅Pass a Police check
✅Management experience in a similar environment or retail, customer service or corporate environment
✅Full availability

Welcoming Marlee 🎉👏🏾

Marlee is a proud Wiradjuri woman and our newest Electrical Apprentice! With a background in customer service, Marlee contacted MobReady eager to lock in a hands-on career through an apprenticeship pathway.

MobReady is proud to have over 60% of our apprentices identified as female. We have industry leading support for our tiddas like Marlee wanting to change the narrative and secure a role in male dominated industries.

Marlee will now receive ongoing mentoring from a female mentor through to her graduation. Our Field Officer, Brittney, attended site on Marlee’s first day to check in and help her settle into her new site.

We’re proud to work with employers like Beyond Fire to create culturally safe and sustainable employment opportunities for our people.

You’ll work with Mob in the last 6 months of incarceration and continue the impact for 12 months post-release. Working collaboratively, you’ll focus on reconnection to culture, community, education and employment.

$65-$75K Salary

Criteria:
✅Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
✅Valid Driver’s licence
✅Strong connection to community and culture
✅Strong communication skills
✅Pass a Police check (flexible)
✅Able to work both collaboratively and independently

Celebrating Kyah 🎉👏🏾

Kyah is a proud Ngunawal woman who joined MobReady as an apprentice landscaper in 2024. Halfway through her first year, Kyah faced medical challenges which impacted her capacity in landscaping. Our team worked closely with Kyah to identify suitable opportunities and was able to secure an admin traineeship for her.

In May, we celebrated Kyah’s graduation of cert III Business with TVHi! We couldn’tbe more proud of the progress and growth Kyah has had through her time with us.

After great success in her traineeship, Kyah has been offered a permanent role with TVHi and is doing well!

We stopped by this week to catch up with Kyah and the team to celebrate and check in 👏🏾
