YOU MUST BE A WESTERN AUSTRALIAN RESIDENT
We are currently seeking multiple qualified chefs.
The role will be working in large production kitchens and preparing meals for up to 1500 people mostly in a 2/1 roster. Small sites as well 50+.
You will be responsible for preparing healthy nutritious meals ensuring all food hygiene regulations and HACCP procedures are consistently followed.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role;
You must have experience in volume catering having worked for hotels, large venues, cruise lines, or in a production catering environment. An interest in modern kitchen operations and food safety management with an understanding of nutrition will be highly regarded.
Having a can-do, get in, and get the job done, positive attitude while working well in a team environment is required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to attend a face-to-face interview in Perth, Western Australia
